Mercy in the Community Luncheon in Charlotte was a success!
On May 12th, the King's Kitchen hosted a Mercy in the Community Luncheon in Charlotte! Dr. Jordan Rubin, well-known author, health and wellness expert and Mercy supporter, spoke and told about how God healed him from many years of the ill-effects of Crohn's disease, including being wheelchair bound and fighting for his life. Jordan spoke about how much he believes in Mercy and that he and his wife Nicki actually adopted a child from Mercy a few years ago! Founder and President of Mercy Ministries, Nancy Alcorn also shared the history of Mercy and some powerful stories, and two local Mercy graduates shared their testimony of transformation. Thank you to all the Charlotte supporters, who helped with this awesome event. Click here for pictures and details of the luncheon!
